With this shift in my work I'm focusing more on human forms, but in distorted poses. I'm paying attention less to the limitations of reality and twisting these human shapes into what I feel best relates to the sentiments I'm drawing from.

Bio

Jeanette Wagner was born in Port Jefferson, NY. She studied Fine Arts at the Fashion Institute of Technology, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and now resides in her familial home on Long Island. Her artistic sensibilities lie strongly with an “of-my-life” basis, drawing very much from her life and times, both consciously and unconsciously.
